About Disinfection Systems
Disinfection Systems
Optima Water manufacture and supply following different type of Disinfection Systems:
- Ultra Violet Systems
- Ozonation Systems
- Chlorine Dosing System
Ultra Violet Systems
We offer highly efficient & Effective UV System. We offer a complete range of Ultraviolet (UV) Disinfection System. Our System comprises of custom-built Units to suit the specific needs of individual customer.
Ultraviolet Sterilizer provides a safe means of water Purification, which has been a proven process for many years. This method is now widely recognized & Commercial ultraviolet disinfection systems are specifically designed to treat microbiologically contaminated ground or surface waters. These disinfection systems offer a 4-log reduction (99.99%) in bacteria, virus and protozoan cysts. This UV process is quick, simple, inexpensive and environmentally friendly as it does not add anything to your water and creates no disinfection by-products. This is most ecological way of treating water & waste water. UV disinfection is a physical process rather than a chemical disinfectant, which eliminates the need to generate, handle, transport, or store toxic/hazardous or corrosive chemicals. There is no residual effect that can be harmful to humans or aquatic life.
Ozonation Systems
Ozone is a gas that acts as a powerful oxidant and disinfectant. When injected as tiny bubbles in water, ozone precipitates materials such as iron, sulfur and manganese, while destroying bacteria at the same time. When the water is aerated and filtered, these harmful elements are removed from your water, leaving safe, clean water for your home.
Chlorine Dosing System
We design Manufacture and install Chlorine Dosing System & Chemical Dosing System. We have solution for small space, packaged type compact Dosing System for Chemical Dosing
The most common disinfection method involves some form of chlorine. Chlorine is a faster-acting disinfectant than elemental chlorine. Sodium hypochlorite is a relatively inexpensive solution that releases free chlorine when dissolved in water & rapidly kills many harmful micro-organisms. Chlorine dosing System is commonly used for disinfection in Water & Waste Water Treatment.

Robust Water Disinfection for Groundwater
Our advanced disinfection systems are tailored for groundwater purification. Using cutting-edge technology, they ensure removal of harmful pathogens and contaminants from groundwater, making it safe for diverse uses. With fully automatic operations, the system maintains optimal disinfection performance while requiring minimal supervision, offering a hassle-free water purification solution for your facility.
Automatic & Electric-Powered Efficiency
Every system is engineered with full automation and electric drive, ensuring precise and consistent operations. The robust design functions smoothly on a 220-440 Volt electrical supply at 50 Hertz, making it ideal for Indian infrastructure. This combination reduces human error, increases reliability, and provides an uninterrupted supply of sanitized water.
FAQ's of Disinfection Systems:
Q: How does the disinfection system process work for groundwater sources?
A: The system draws groundwater and channels it through automated filtration and disinfection stages. Using electric-powered mechanisms, it removes pathogens and impurities, providing safe and clean water suitable for varied applications.
Q: What are the key benefits of using a fully automatic disinfection system?
A: Fully automatic systems reduce manual labor, ensure consistency, and maintain high levels of safety by using programmed controls to monitor and adjust disinfection processes as required. This helps guarantee reliable water quality and frees operators for other tasks.
Q: When is it necessary to use these disinfection systems for groundwater?
A: Use is recommended whenever groundwater must meet safety standards for drinking, industrial, or commercial use, especially in areas where contamination risks are present or water quality varies over time.
Q: Where are these disinfection systems commonly installed in India?
A: These systems are widely used in commercial complexes, industrial plants, residential societies, and rural water projects across India, wherever reliable and automatic water purification is essential.
Q: What kind of maintenance or service is required for these automatic systems?
A: Routine inspection and basic maintenance, such as cleaning filters and checking electrical components, are recommended. The one-year warranty covers most manufacturer-related service issues, and after-sales support is available from the supplier.
Q: How does the electric drive type enhance system performance?
A: The electric drive provides dependable operation by powering automatic functions, sustaining precise and ongoing disinfection without manual intervention, and boosting system efficiency and reliability.
